"By accessing InvoiceSpace, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws."
1. Acceptance of Terms
The services that InvoiceSpace provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). InvoiceSpace reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOS can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Service" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceSpace provides users with access to a suite of resources for invoicing, client management, and business documentation (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that InvoiceSpace assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Your Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Nigeria or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to:
- Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form.
- Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or InvoiceSpace cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a InvoiceSpace official.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the settings panel.
