Refund Policy
General Policy
To keep our pricing competitive and maintain our infrastructure, InvoiceSpace generally operates on a no-refund policy for all processed subscriptions.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain full access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
1. Subscription Billing
InvoiceSpace services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize our payment processor (Paystack) to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.
2. No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription on the second day of your billing month, you will continue to have access to the PRO features for the remainder of that month, and no further charges will be made.
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Period
While we do not offer standard refunds, we want you to be happy. If you have signed up for an Annual Plan and realize within the first 48 hours that the service does not meet your needs, please contact our support team. We review these "Buyer's Remorse" cases on an individual basis.
- Applicable only to first-time annual subscriptions.
- Not applicable to monthly plans.
- Administrative fees (transaction processing fees) may be deducted from the return amount.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact our support desk before initiating a chargeback through your bank. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, InvoiceSpace reserves the right to terminate the associated account and ban the user from future use of the platform.
5. Error in Billing
If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., a double charge), please notify us immediately at billing@invoicespace.com. We will investigate the transaction and, if an error is confirmed on our end, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge immediately.
